How much is the postage fee charged?

MALAYSIA

We provide flat rate shipping RM8 for West Malaysia or RM13 for Labuan, East Malaysia (Poslaju / J&T Express)

We also provide express delivery for Customer in major areas Klang Valley . The cost is depend on the distance from our office. (Lalamove/Grab express)

SINGAPORE

Singapore: Flat Rate RM40 (J&T Express)

OTHER COUNTRIES

Other countries : Depends on the location and item weight.

**Note that Lyns Cottage reserves the right to change the courier delivery company for your order due to packaging wise and unavoidable circumstances.

When will I receive my parcel (local order with ready stock)?

We need 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our default logistics partner (J&T/POSLAJU)
Delivery time is approximately 1-5 working days, depending on the area and courier delivery speed. 

How can I track my parcel location?

Tracking number and link shall be updated via email in 1-3 working days. Kindly check your SPAM/JUNK folder if it is not found in INBOX.

For ready stock, tracking number will be provided via email in 1-3 working days.
For backorder, tracking number will be provided via email once order is ready for pick-up and delivery.

Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?

Yes, if parcel was not delivered to recipient and has returned to sender, a second delivery fee will be charged by the logistic partners. Note that the second delivery fee is the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We needs 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel.

I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?

We advise you to contact the shipping company when placing your order with your tracking number. 

They will be able to provide more specific details about where or who they delivered the package to.
